Rules and Regulations:
- On-line registration
Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
- On-line payment
Registration is accepted at the discretion of the organiser and will not be processed until full payment has been received. Please ensure that the correct amount of payment is made. The HKUEMS accepts all credit card payment online, inclusive of those from overseas banks. Credit card information will be securely transmitted to “Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd. (JETCO) Payment Gateway” provided by the Bank of East Asia.
- Entitlement
Registration fee includes admission to all participation in the meeting sessions, meeting materials, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner banquet (subject to re-confirmation) and transfer from colloquium site to dinner venue.
- Confirmation of registration letter
Registration fees will be charged in Hong Kong Dollar. Exchange rate is approximately US$1 = HK$7.77. Invoice will be issued and sent to you through email in due course. Please follow the instructions to complete the payment. Registration would not be confirmed until payment is settled. Please do not send cash.
The event organizer will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Kindly check the letter of confirmation. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the office of Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor’s Office (Research) at vpr1@hku.hk. Please present this letter at the registration desk to collect your Meeting pack.

Will be issued upon request by mail to the address provided within one month after the Colloquium.

All cancellations must be made in writing to vpr1@hku.hk. The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Colloquium, the only liability of the Organizer is to refund all the fees paid.
